Sanitary stainless · Processing & kitchens
Food & Beverage
In food and beverage, the weld is part of the product. We do clean, food-grade sanitary stainless — processing components, vessels, shafts, and full serving-line remodels — built to wipe down and pass off.
In short
For food and beverage facilities we fabricate and install sanitary stainless — process components, vessels and shafts, ductwork, and commercial kitchen and serving-line remodels — with clean, passivation-ready TIG welds.
Processing plants and institutional kitchens need hygienic stainless that holds up to washdown and inspection. That means TIG, the right finish, and an installer who understands food-grade work.
We have built long food-grade stainless shafts, sanitary components, and replaced full steam-well serving lines — cutting out the old and designing and fabricating the new.
On the job
From rusted demo to finished stainless
At an institutional facility kitchen we cut out and removed the existing steam wells and serving line, then designed and fabricated the replacements and reinstalled finished stainless serving counters with hot wells.
Paired with food-grade shaft work and sanitary welds, it is the kind of clean, passivation-ready stainless that hygienic environments require.
